All purchases will be mailed FREE OF COST anywhere in New Zealand excluding Rural Delivery areas. Because of the recent price hikes by NZ Post for Rural Delivery an extra $3.70 will apply. Please contact us so we can add the postage to your purchase price.
Postage Outside New Zealand
If you wish to have our products sent to countries outside New Zealand please email first with details of your location and the products required and we will arrange for a postage charge to be added.
Privacy and Security
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party. Any information you submit to Quality Knives during the ordering process will be treated as confidential.
You should receive the items you purchase within 3 - 7 working days from the date of your order. Once we receive your order we will email you to confirm delivery time frames.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
If for any reason you are less than satisfied with the item you have purchased then contact us within 10 working days to arrange return. We will refund your purchase price less our postage cost.
Please note that we will not accept returned items that are damaged or have been used. We do not accept 'freight forward' items unless arranged with us prior.
If the item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours to arrange replacement or refund.
All items are guaranteed against any defects in material and workmanship.
